Program Host Responsibilities
Program Hosts who maintain high compliance and performance may be assigned additional Units. Each new Unit adds 10 therapists and corresponding compensation potential, creating a scalable model for expanding mental health services.

SBHSN partners with Indeed to screen approximately 10,000 practitioners annually, maintaining a pool of over 50,000 qualified candidates. Advanced AI-powered technology helps match behavioral health providers with positions, with listings automatically indexed into Google's Job Search.
Payroll Management
A full-featured payroll solution calculates, files, and pays taxes while providing comprehensive reporting. The system offers detailed previews, summaries, benefits tracking, and department cost analysis, with API integration into accounting software.
Program Analytics
SBHSN continuously monitors program activity and shares weekly performance data with providers to support caseload management and program improvements, with evaluation reports provided to participating members and districts.
